RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

If you wish to return or exchange a product you've purchased from us, for any reason, we will refund the purchase price or exchange those products subject to the following conditions:

1] Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt or other proof of purchase
2] The returned items must not be used [Not surfed in].
3] If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions 1 and 2 above. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us.

FAULTY ITEM RETURNS

If an item is faulty, incorrectly described or different from the sample shown, we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.  If you've received a faulty item, please contact customer care via email:

Date your order was placed, if applicable
Brief description of the problem you are experiencing

We will do our best to respond quickly with our return shipping instructions. Once the item has been returned, your purchase price (less shipping if applicable) will be refunded in full. If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, we'll ship the replacement immediately upon receipt of your returned item.
